I had an incredible experience at Massage First Studio with Chiara Podestà in Rapallo. I came in with tension and back pain, and she immediately knew exactly what my body needed. Her massage, combined with cupping, was both deeply relaxing and amazingly effective. I felt lighter, renewed, and pain-free straight away.
Chiara is not only highly skilled but also warm, attentive, and professional, which made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The studio itself is welcoming and clean, creating the perfect atmosphere to fully unwind.
The results were outstanding — my tension melted away, and the sense of well-being lasted long after the session. This was by far one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had.
I will definitely be returning, and I wholeheartedly recommend Chiara to anyone looking for true relief and a top-quality massage in Rapallo.
She also speaks amazing English if that’s a benefit for you.I had an excellent experience with Chiara. I was travelling from Australia, with neck pain and her massage service was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent skills. I would definitely recommend her service.

I had the great pleasure of receiving a physiotherapy massage from Chiara at Massage First in Rapallo, and I can honestly say it was one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had.
Chiara was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. During the initial consultation, she quickly identified the root causes of the pain I was experiencing in my upper back. The massage itself was thorough, well-structured, and perfectly tailored to my needs. Each part of my body was treated with care and precision, and I felt truly looked after throughout the entire session.
I genuinely didn’t expect to be treated so well – Chiara’s approach was warm, empathetic, and highly skilled. I only wish I could have booked more sessions, but unfortunately, I had to return to Poland shortly after.
I highly recommend Chiara to anyone in need of effective therapy and outstanding care. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in Rapallo again! After a 8 hrs of driving, with a bit of back ang leg pain I looked up massage in Geno and came across Chiara , checked her reviews and did not disappoint, pure professional at her job

Non avevevo mai provato un trattamento di massoterapia in tutta la mia vita, poiché non sono una persona che ama il contatto fisico. Eppure, Chiara è riuscita a mettermi a mio agio facendomi completamente cambiare idea. 🫶🏻Traduzione
I had never tried massage therapy in my life, as I'm not a person who enjoys physical contact. Yet, Chiara managed to put me at ease and completely change my mind. And changing someone's mind was no easy task! Not to mention that I have significant health issues, accompanied by chronic pain, and her treatment brought me more relief than painkillers. Her office is meticulously cared for, and her approach is truly gentle and professional. She takes complete care of you, treating you as a person. These days, it's hard to find such authentic experiences, with professionals who don't make you feel like a number. It's clear that this work aligns with her passion, and she does it to the fullest. If I lived closer to Rapallo, I would definitely buy a membership. Congratulations, Chiara, you've built a fantastic reality and you truly deserve all the best life has to offer! See you at your next session! 🫶🏻
